Twiga Children's Home (KCIS Child Support
Centre) started as a dream.
It was the dream of Abigael and her husband Vincent.
Abigael and Vincent want to
help the disadvantaged children of Kisii. That is their dream.
Now, they have 38 children
on the register, ranging in ages from 2 to 16. Most of these
children are fostered out to families in the area and Twiga
Children's Home ensures that they all have food, clothing, care
and an education.
We also offer a support service
for children who do not need full orphanage care, but are still
vulnerable.
But our job would be made a
lot easier if we could build a proper orphanage, with dormitories,
a dining room, shower and toilet block, leisure/study area and
an administration office - and maybe a chalet for visitor and
volunteers.
KCIS needs your help to realise
our dream. The children need you to help build a home for them.
